A brief history of the FXU Tridents.​

Representing students from both Falmouth and Exeter university, the FXU Tridents are a contact american football team competing in organised games against unis across the south west.

​

Since our humble origins in 2011, the Tridents have continued to develop, drafting in specialists to ensure our players are at the top of their game, and even having our committee members trained as coaches.

​

As a team we strive towards equal opportunities, encouraging all players, regardless of identity, to participate in the sport. Providing the equipment necessary for safe and enjoyable mixed gender contact​.

Going into the 2018 season the Tridents are proud to represent one of Falmouth's finest nightclubs, 5 below. As our second home you'll be able to catch us down their often, enjoy the perks of being a member and get involved in our hosted events.
